Communication system in Cracow

There are a lot of modern trams and buses in our city. They even go beyond the borders of Cracow and they also run at night. Cracow has also got fast trams which conncet sothern and nothern districts of the city. Tickets are quite cheap and people can also buy season tickets if they go to shool or work regulary by bus or train. Cracow hasn't got a tube (an underground) becouse of historic…

The Trumpeter of Krakow ( Cracow )

In Cracow (Krakow), the ancient capital of Poland, there is a Church in the Market Square. It is a tall, graceful building built of brick, in the Gothic style, with a richly adorned interior. It had two towers, one of which is a little higher than the other and more ornate. From the taller tower a fanfare is played by a trumpeter, every hour. Long ago in Poland’s early history, On the River Vistula, there was a small settlement of wooden huts inhabited by peaceful people who farmed the land and plied their trades.
